In-stock items are dispatched within 3 business days.

Custom-made pieces are shipped once they have been carefully completed and inspected.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped, allowing you to follow its journey to you.

We make every effort to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. All items are made to order. Please allow additional time for production before shipping.

Processing Time: 1–5 business days

Standard Shipping Time: 7–21 business days (depending on destination)

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email which may include tracking information. Tracking availability varies by destination.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as postal delays, customs checks, or international transit conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, any reshipment costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
