Before placing your order, we kindly invite you to review our Terms and Conditions — they will help you understand how we operate and how we care for each purchase from start to finish.


Placing an Order

Ordering through our website is effortless — simply follow the steps on each product page.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the relevant details. Please note that this is not a shipping confirmation; it simply acknowledges that your order has been received and is being prepared.

We offer both ready-to-ship pieces and bespoke creations.
Depending on the complexity of the design and our current production schedule, the crafting and dispatch of your order may take between 1 to 5 weeks.
When your order is ready to leave our atelier, you will be notified and provided with a tracking number.


Payment

Payments are securely processed through the trusted systems listed on our website.
We begin crafting your order only once your payment has been successfully confirmed.

Should we be unable to fulfill your order — for instance, due to a material shortage — we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund without delay.


Shipping

In-stock items are dispatched within 3 business days.

Custom-made pieces are shipped once they have been carefully completed and inspected.

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped, allowing you to follow its journey to you.


Product Description

Every HorvArt Custom Made Case item is individually handcrafted with precision and care.
We make every effort to present our products faithfully through detailed photography and descriptions.
Please allow for subtle variations in color or texture — these are natural characteristics of genuine leather and part of its charm.

We stand by our craftsmanship and guarantee that each piece meets the highest quality standards before it leaves our studio.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment.
Once your item has been dispatched, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.


Warranty, Returns & Refunds

Each of our leather instrument cases comes with a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not apply to damages resulting from regular use, improper handling, or misuse of zippers and hardware. Our products are crafted to last — please handle them with care to ensure long-lasting performance.

We take great care to ensure that every product arrives in impeccable condition.
If you receive an item that contains a manufacturing defect or does not correspond to its description, we will gladly offer a replacement or, if unavailable, a full refund.

Please note:
As most of our creations are handcrafted and frequently tailored to individual requests, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as “I changed my mind” or “It doesn’t fit”, unless the product is faulty.

Refunds/Return due to Engraving

  • Customers place orders with personalization on bags, which are not returnable and refundable because after the name is engraved on the bags, they are no longer useable and sellable.
  • Sometimes, customers place two orders with different personalizations and want to keep one bag and return one bag, which is also not acceptable with any conditions; refer to the above point.
  • Engraved goods are not eligible for refunds, return, and replacement with any conditions. 

We sell handcrafted leather goods and 5-10% variation of leather color, fitting issues, different buckles than advertised on the listing, the difference in thread color, and some leather uneven cuts can be there in our products. We always try to reduce that %, but due to human imperfections that might occur. We do not count those issues as manufacturing defects and we do not offer free returns for such issues.
